二十多年來，他穿梭於美國、歐洲與亞洲之間：帶領 Wal-Mart 深耕亞洲市場、於 Marmon Group 推動跨洲私募股權成長，並先後參與零售、金融、醫療與科技新創的創辦與經營。作為度金針資本（WISKEY CAPITAL）創始合夥人，他持續投資具社會影響力的早期新創。
For over two decades he has bridged the US, Europe and Asia — expanding Wal-Mart across Asia, driving cross-continental private-equity growth at Marmon Group, and founding or operating ventures across retail, finance, healthcare and technology. As Founding Partner of WISKEY CAPITAL, he invests in early-stage startups with strong social impact.
學術上，他擁有臺灣大學國際企業（策略管理）博士與廣州中醫藥大學中醫學博士雙博士學位，現任臺灣大學兼任教授、哈佛甘迺迪學院資深研究員，並於哈佛、台大、北大等校任教，將實戰淬煉為可傳承的決策理論——度化智能。
Academically, he holds dual PhDs — in International Business (Strategy) from National Taiwan University and in Chinese Medicine from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He serves as Adjunct Professor at NTU and Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, teaching at Harvard, NTU and Peking University — distilling practice into his decision theory: Evolving Intelligence.
